More About Intellicard

There are many ways to use your digital business card. The case study below demonstrates one way to use your intelligent card to create another touch point.

"I forget my paper business cards all the time, and quite frankly I don't like carrying them around. Having an Intellicard changed my life. I can even see if my clients forward my details to somebody else and acquire their information in that transaction via Intellicard's monthly data report. It's fantastic!"

How a revolutionary electronic business card came about

Intellicard is the Australian and New Zealand licensed distributor of Digital Business Cards, which were developed in South Africa in 2015.

The developers of the Digital Card platform looked at the trends in the market regarding digital technologies and wondered how it was that many business procedures or workflows were digital, but the humble business card remained in paper form, not really ever being considered as an opportunity to improve.
Hence Supadata was created with the aim of being able to create a trusted and secure web-based software platform, which would attract both large and small businesses around the world to migrate their paper business cards to a digital product.

In order for this to become a reality the Supadata founders realised that the digital business card platform needed to be robust, secure, reproducible, scalable to meet the needs of different sized businesses, as well as always available.

From the outset it was determined that the most important decision in the development of the Digital Business Card was that it must be web-based, with the highest level (256 bit) encryption, so that customers would be confident in the security of the solution, as it had been proven time and time again that apps were susceptible to security breaches or data compromises.

Supadata early on agreed that their Digital Business Card software would NOT compromise the trust of its’ customers by collecting or selling confidential user information. A practice which is known to be undertaken by app developers, in order to offer their product for free.

Fast forward to today and the Digital Business Card solution provided by Supadata and sold under license in Australia and New Zealand by Intellicard, is now being sold in many countries around the world, including: South Africa, The United States, Europe, United Kingdom, The Middle East and off course Australia and New Zealand.

You, as a potential customer of Intellicard can be assured that our relationship and integrity with our customers is paramount in our success and therefore, we emulate the Supadata protocol of NOT collecting, storing or selling customer information or data.
